Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Senior Product Manager to join our product team and empower Aroundhome’s core business operations for our next phase of growth.

Aroundhome is Germany's leading platform for home projects, connecting thousands of homeowners with the right local service partners. The Internal Enablement team owns the core CRM and operational infrastructure -primarily built on Salesforce- that powers our sales teams and customer care in the future. By transforming fragmented, legacy setups into a scalable, automated core, your work directly enables our business teams to drive growth and deliver a seamless experience to our partner network.

At Aroundhome, Product Managers play a pivotal role in shaping our platform’s success. We work in a domain-based model, where each cross-functional product team has full ownership over a clearly defined part of the platform. This structure fosters close collaboration and ensures that expertise for continuous product discovery and iterative improvement sits directly within each domain.

As a Senior Product Manager for Internal Enablement, you will translate our growth strategies into a clear future-state vision for our operational ecosystem. You will drive process automation, data consistency, and core tool integration, ensuring our platform can scale efficiently as we significantly expand our business.

As a Senior Product Manager, you define and execute a strategic product roadmap that translates our growth goals into a modern, future-proof Salesforce ecosystem.

You combine user research, process analysis, and quantitative data to identify root problems and systematically validate high-impact opportunities.

You challenge legacy workflows to design reusable capabilities, clean data flows, and clear technical boundaries between Salesforce and connected systems.

You make evidence-based decisions to prioritize your backlog, focusing relentlessly on business growth and operational scalability.

You partner closely with Salesforce Architects, Salesforce Administrators, Data and Engineers to manage the product lifecycle and release testable, incremental value quickly.

You align business stakeholders across Sales and Operations, actively guiding internal teams through training, change management and process adoption.

You track clear success metrics to measure operational efficiency gains, while exploring AI applications to continuously optimize workflows and user outcomes.

Skills

Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager driving large-scale CRM transformations, with deep hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (certifications are a strong plus).

Expertise in continuous product discovery and translating high-level business goals into measurable, outcome-based metrics.

Strong understanding of system architecture, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and complex adjacent tools.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams and actively drive product adoption across all organizational levels.

Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows (e.g., for research, technical discovery, or prototyping) to boost productivity and innovation.

Business fluency in both English and German is required to effectively collaborate with tech teams and drive change management with local operational staff.

What we offer

Hybrid Work // Stay flexible: We embrace a hybrid working model that balances the autonomy of remote work with purposeful in-person collaboration. Ideally, you are based in Berlin or live within an easy commuting distance. While we offer flexibility, monthly presence in our office for team days, workshops, and meetings is required. Additionally, we offer you the possibility to work up to 30 days per year from selected EU countries.

Room to grow // Stay curious: In regular/annual feedback meetings, you design your own personal development path together with your team lead. In addition, we offer an annual training budget, free access to LinkedIn Learning, as well as great workshops to seek new input and specific training for your personal development.

Mental & physical health // Stay healthy & active: We care about your well-being and support your health with a discounted membership at Urban Sports Club. In addition, our cooperation partner "Fürstenberg Institute" is available to you and your family members with advice and support when it comes to mental health & coaching.

Taking responsibility // We #care: We care for our planet and the people who are living on it. To make our world a little bit better, our ESG Team (Environmental, Social & Governance) promotes our awareness of environmentally friendly behavior. In addition, we work with JobRad, offer a discounted BVG ticket, and actively support social projects in Berlin at our annual Social Day to give something back.

Teamspirit // Stay connected: What drives us is our sense of community. That's why we celebrate our Company Day once a month in our office at Potsdamer Platz, where everyone gets together in person. In addition to a comprehensive update of our C-Board, the main focus is on togetherness and the exchange of ideas over lunch and dinner together.
