Skills in this posting

The posting

Wing is seeking elite talent to join Central AI (backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs), dedicated to building agentic AI for SMB's globally.

Think of it like a startup within a corporate: fast moving and agile, with the stability of a corporate, and zero bureaucracy. If you’re driven by challenge and eager to make a significant impact in a high-caliber role, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, shaping innovative AI products from 0→1 in a fast-moving, hands-on startup environment.

Who We Want

A hands-on, Meticulous PM who becomes a "Central Power User" fast

Owns UX end-to-end

Finds gaps via product deep-dives + data

Ships simple, high-impact improvements with minimal review

Core Mission

Become the “Central expert” in record time and own the product experience end-to-end

Turn messy complexity into a clean, simple, integrated UX across all modules

Proven experience optimizing onboardings / driving higher conversion & lower dropoffs with product onboardings

Hands-On Scope

Own roadmap and feature definition, with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design

Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features

Map the full product surface area: dashboard → every feature → how it connects across modules

Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education

How You Operate

Extremely curious: Explores every corner of Central, asks “why,” challenges decisions, and proposes better alternatives

Obsessive about friction: Identifies uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modules

Cross-references spec vs staging vs production state to catch gaps and regressions

Extremely Data-driven + customer-centric: uses usage signals + customer feedback to prioritize what matters

Action-oriented prioritizer: avoids overbuilding, reduces UI clutter, and ships the simplest solution that works

Quality Bar

Meticulous, Detail-oriented, leaves no stone unturned.

Strong judgment on what’s important vs noise. Protects UX simplicity.

Produces PRDs/tickets/prototypes/designs that are close to “comprehensive perfection” with minimal review needed.

Collaboration expectations

Focuses on product thinking, UX quality, and feature direction.

Comfortable partnering with design + engineering, but can drive UX independently when needed.
