The posting
Welcome to the good side of tech 👋
You might have heard about us, but with a different name: ZnanyLekarz. It all started 12 years ago when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit.
We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?
Docplanner at scale
We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 90 million patients trust us every month. 300k+ specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 2.500 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago.
At Docplanner we are a diverse group of over 300 people working in Engineering, Data, and Product teams. We are responsible for building the product for all locations. Many of us have been here for over 5 years, yet we still welcome each new person with great joy and excitement.
We could tell you about us, but we will let our reviews on Glassdoor speak for themselves. In case you’d like to see how it feels to be 100% yourself at work, here’s a video of us .
And why should you join us?
Because it feels good to tell your family and your friends how you made the world a little bit better. You go to bed knowing that what you do matters, and that your talents align with your beliefs.
We want to make the healthcare experience more human, and that starts with you being you. We believe that taking the diversity of human experience into account makes a better healthcare experience for all . We’re not just different: we embrace diversity. We will encourage you to come to work your whole self, and that includes not coming to the office at all if you prefer not to, as we're 100% remote friendly.
Job Description
At Docplanner, we run the #1 patient–doctor marketplace in most of the markets where we operate, connecting over 100 million patients every month with the doctors and clinics who care for them. Our mission is simple: to help people live longer, healthier lives.
Doctors and clinics pay to be on our marketplace because it delivers something they can measure – patients, bookings, and real return on their investment. The Visibility team exists to guarantee that outcome. When a doctor or clinic buys our Marketplace product, this team makes sure they are set up well, get found by the right patients, fill their calendars, and clearly see the ROI that keeps them with us for years.
As Senior Product Manager for Visibility, you will own the product and business logic that decides how doctors are ranked and surfaced across the marketplace, together with the paid visibility products (First Class, Media360) that let them grow further.
You will work hand in hand with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to turn a new customer into a thriving, retained one – distributing patient demand intelligently, reducing “zero-booking” doctors, and lifting retention and lifetime value across the base.
This is a highly commercial, deeply analytical product role at the core of how our marketplace creates value for both patients and the professionals who serve them.
You will be responsible for
Owning Doctor Success strategy and outcomes
Co-own the core success and health metrics for the marketplace customer base: retention, churn and the reduction of zero-booking (“zero-UB”) doctors.
Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to set doctors up for success from onboarding through renewal, closing the loop between how a profile is configured and the bookings it generates.
Design differentiated success journeys for different customer segments, specialties, and maturity levels.
Owning ranking, relevance, and visibility logic
Own the business logic that governs how doctors and clinics are ranked, matched, and surfaced across marketplace search and listings.
Balance patient experience and relevance against doctor outcomes and commercial objectives, and define the guardrails that keep that balance healthy.
Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and experiments to measure and continuously improve ranking quality.
Owning paid visibility and growth products
Own the roadmap and business logic for our paid visibility products, including First Class (premium placement) and Media360 (managed patient-acquisition media).
Make the value of these products transparent to customers, so the ROI is obvious and repeatable.
Working data-first
Use SQL and analytics tools daily to answer your own questions, size opportunities, and validate decisions – without waiting on someone else to pull the numbers.
Instrument products well, define the metrics that matter, and build the dashboards and experiments the team runs on.
Drive an experimentation culture: form hypotheses, run A/B tests, read the results honestly, and iterate.
Operating as an AI-native Product Manager
Use AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and AI prototyping tools daily to accelerate discovery, prototyping, PRD creation, and execution.
Move quickly from research and discovery to validation, launch, and iteration using AI-assisted workflows.
Collaborating across teams
Work closely with Customer Success, Patient Marketing, Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams to deliver impact across markets.
Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions and optimise customer outcomes.
Help evolve our marketplace and AI-native product practices and level up the wider product organisation.
What will set you up for success in this role?
Core Product Management experience
5+ years of Product Managemen t experience building digital consumer or marketplace products .
Strong product thinking and a user-centric mindset, paired with the commercial instinct to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across both commercial and technical audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Extreme ownership, comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping products in emerging spaces.
Exceptionally data-driven
Fluent with SQL and comfortable querying large datasets to explore, size, and validate opportunities independently.
Proven ability to translate business logic into ranking, scoring, or matching logic – and to reason clearly about the trade-offs.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills; you make decisions from data and can defend them.
Deep understanding of customer economics
Strong grasp of the metrics that drive a subscription marketplace: churn, retention, engagement, activation, ARPU, and lifetime value.
Experience owning or moving retention and engagement metrics for a customer base, not just shipping features.
