Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser

The Role

As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be supported and trained to carry out duties such as:

Learning how to dispense medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processes

Assisting in the delivery of exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals

Developing the skills to maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy

What we are looking for

A genuine interest in pharmacy and a desire to become a qualified dispenser

Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to developing your skills

Ability to work at pace under pressure

Flexibility to allow you to grow with a growing organisation

Salary £25,500 per annum

Paid Training so you will be a fully trained Pharmacy dispenser in around 9 months

25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 1 year

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, full-time

Shift pattern: 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm on a rota basis
