Key responsibilities

Oversee corporate housekeeping activities, ensuring legal entities, corporate records, and statutory documentation remain accurate and up to date

Coordinate document execution processes, including notarization, legalization, and related formalities.

Support the review and drafting of routine commercial agreements in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries to assist the legal team.

Contribute to compliance initiatives, legal projects, and process improvements across the EMEA region and global teams.

Profile

Your profile

3\+ years of experience within a legal department or international corporate environment.

Legal studies background or equivalent hands\-on experience in a similar role.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Fluent in English, with additional European language skills considered a plus
