About SafeLease
At SafeLease , we're rethinking how P&C insurance is sold in an age of technological change. We believe the industry's biggest inefficiencies aren't technical problems — they're structural ones. And we're building the team to tackle them.
SafeLease is a profitable insurance business that designs, underwrites, and distributes specialty coverage for commercial property owners and their tenants. Most insurance companies either distribute products or bear the risk — we do both.
We back our policies with our own capital, which means we control the full stack: product design, tech, and the speed at which we move. That end-to-end ownership lets us offer customers real flexibility, saving time and money for more than 4,000 properties insured for billions in value nationwide.
We're a team of 70, growing over 100% annually, and we've done it without sacrificing profitability or culture. Here, you'll get high discretion and a wide aperture of problems to solve. We embrace the newest technologies, move fast together, and operate with the intensity of a small company where every person's work is visible.
If you're looking for a place to sharpen your craft alongside people who take their work seriously, you'll fit right in. About the role We're growing fast, launching new products, and running marketing across multiple brands and verticals at once, powered by a connected stack including HubSpot and Salesforce.
That means a lot of moving pieces: platforms that need to talk to each other, launches that need clear requirements before they kick off, and projects that need someone keeping an eye on the whole picture. This role is that person.
You'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks, turn messy requirements into clear specs, and look at our data to tell us what's actually working. If you like being the person who connects the dots across a growing company, this is a great seat to be in. What you'll do: Keep our systems connected
Keep HubSpot and Salesforce connected and working together (CRM, email/campaign tools, website, and others)
Build reporting that shows the team what's converting and why
Shape how launches happen
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders ahead of any launch, campaign, or project, so teams start with clarity instead of guesswork
Translate marketing's needs into clear specs when something needs to be built by engineering or another team
Dig into current processes and performance data to find what's working and where we can do better
Keep the team moving
Track all active marketing projects and launches, keep timelines visible, and catch blockers before they become deadline problems
Be the person the team trusts to know where everything stands, without anyone having to ask
Be the go-to point of contact when marketing needs a technical build, and see it through to delivery
What you bring
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or a related role
Required: hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
A fast learner who picks up new platforms quickly and figures out how they connect to everything else
Sharp requirements-gathering and documentation skills
A knack for spotting problems in data or process and explaining them clearly to anyone, technical or not
The kind of organized that keeps multiple projects moving without anything slipping
Comfortable using AI tools (like Claude) to work faster and smarter
