Take a look at our latest achievements here! About the Role : In the role of Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our wind inspections run smoothly. It's a chance to be right at the heart of what we do, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the high standards our clients expect from us. Responsibilities :

Plan and coordinate wind operations with a focus on professionalism and efficiency, making sure our pilots and customers always have a great experience with Zeitview .

Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots, helping them through our online training program and setting them up for success.

Make sure everything's ready for our pilots before they arrive on site, ensuring we deliver our projects on time.

Tackle any issues that come up on the fly, and make sure our clients receive the highest standard of quality and service.

Be there to support our pilots with any site access or planning needs they have, and help iron out any project issues.

Possess an understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations while adhering to Zeitview SOPs.

Maintain a pulse on the wind industry.

Occasionally work side by side with our Quality Control team to make sure our work maintains the golden standard.

Juggle multiple projects, keeping in touch with pilots in the field, and staying on top of their day-to-day challenges.

Keep track of everything with daily reports and updates, using a mix of spreadsheets and software.

Qualifications

Project management skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), Slack, Coda and Asana.

Familiarity with the wind industry, including specific equipment and access requirements is a nice-to-have.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Excellent communication and writing skills in English and ideally also Turkish); ability to communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams.
