For its Technical Support Team, in Sierre (VS), Eversys is looking for a Media Operations Coordinator (M/F).

The is a permanent contract reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader. 100% activity rate.

Media Operations Coordinator \- Technical Support (M/W)

**Key responsibilities:**

\> Ticket Triage \& First Response: Support the team by managing the initial triage of incoming tickets, resolving non\-technical requests such as part number identification, documentation, and general information.

\> Telemetry \& Asset Administration: Execute the day\-to\-day management of assets within the telemetry system and handle the creation and distribution of customer logins.

\> Video Production \& Library Management: Shoot, edit, and organize technical "how\-to" videos, working under the guidance of experienced technicians for technical accuracy.

\> Knowledge Base Management: Maintain the company knowledge base by writing and updating support articles to ensure information is accessible and current.

\> Operational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the team of trainers and technicians to ensure smooth department workflows.

**What you bring:**

\> Education: Commercial CFC with technical affinity or Technical CFC with an interest in administration and media content.

\> Mandatory: Experience with video editing software and content management.

\> Strong willingness to be work with technical data, clients and colleagues.

\> Languages: French C2 and English B2 (written), every other language is an asset.

\> IT Skills: Comfortable working with IT tools
