THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Motion Designer to our Marketing team in São Paulo - BR !

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer who understands that movement is a powerful strategic tool. In this role, you will go beyond everyday execution to shape how the Wellhub brand moves, communicates, and connects with our audience across all touchpoints.

As a technical leader in this discipline, your challenge will be translating bold creative ideas into engaging visual assets that drive real business impact.

From the initial concept to the final delivery, your mission is to establish our motion design guidelines, raise our overall quality bar, and create content that engages our global ecosystem of corporations, employees, and wellness partners.Operating with an end-to-end mindset, you will bring ideas to life by seamlessly blending animation, motion graphics, video editing, and storyboarding.

Your technical expertise will power high-impact marketing campaigns, immersive product experiences, and clear internal communications.

YOUR IMPACT

Lead the concept, design, and production of high-caliber motion graphics, UI motion, animated sequences, video edits, and visual effects across the Wellhub ecosystem.

Own motion design projects from initial concept through final delivery, creating storyboards, style frames, mood boards, and animation strategies that clearly communicate creative ideas to stakeholders.

Establish and evolve Wellhub’s motion design guidelines, scalable templates, asset repositories, and motion systems, helping the wider creative team produce consistent and efficient work.

Ensure every moving asset protects the brand’s visual integrity, aligns with our strategic direction, and meets rigorous creative and technical quality standards.

Mentor and support other motion designers by providing thoughtful feedback, technical guidance, and creative direction that elevate both individual craft and team output.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across Design, Marketing, Copywriting, and other business areas to translate complex project goals into breakthrough creative solutions.

Drive continuous innovation by exploring emerging creative tools, industry trends, and AI-powered workflows that improve the efficiency, scale, and strategic impact of motion design at Wellhub.

WHO YOU ARE

A senior motion design professional with experience creating high-quality animation, motion graphics, video content, and visual experiences for brands, agencies, studios, or in-house creative teams.

A strategic visual storyteller with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation principles, storyboarding, video editing, art direction, and end-to-end creative production.

A technically rigorous designer with extensive experience using industry-leading motion design, animation, video editing, and post-production tools.

An AI-oriented creative who is curious about emerging technologies and eager to explore how artificial intelligence can improve creative workflows, production efficiency, and design quality.

A collaborative technical leader with prior experience mentoring other designers, providing constructive feedback, and helping teams establish consistently high creative standards.

A highly organized self-starter who can own multiple complex and high-visibility projects, establish priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

A strong communicator who can clearly present creative concepts, explain strategic decisions, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and global stakeholders.

A proactive and adaptable team player who combines creative ambition, strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves whenever the team needs support.
