Overview
Field Marketing Manager, Germany
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue contribution across the DACH region.
This role serves as the primary marketing partner to regional sales and leadership and is responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that supports business growth, strategic account engagement and revenue generation. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong commercial and analytical skills, using data and insight to guide investment decisions and maximise business impact.
You will bring a deep understanding of the DACH market, strong knowledge of the local marketing ecosystem, and the ability to build strong relationships with regional vendors, partners and industry organisations.
While events are a key focus, this is not an events-focused role. We are looking for a modern B2B marketer who understands how to leverage the full marketing mix to drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, pipeline creation and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate embraces AI as a force multiplier, using AI-powered tools to uncover insights faster, accelerate execution, improve decision-making and scale marketing impact while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and brand integrity.
You will be reporting to the Marketing Director. This is a remote role from Germany.
