The Campaign Manager (CM) drives operational excellence in podcast advertising by orchestrating successful campaign creation, optimization, and delivery. This role champions advertiser success through expert campaign management, strategic optimization, yield management and seamless coordination across our portfolio of shows and properties.

Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you ensure campaign success from creation through execution to analysis, while maintaining delivery excellence. You serve as the trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to deliver measurable results.

Your position requires both operational precision and strategic thinking to maintain optimal delivery rate while maximizing yield across creator shows. Through proactive campaign optimization, analytical rigor, and flawless execution, you help ensure advertisers effectively reach their goals.

You combine technical expertise in ART19 and Google Ad Manager, operational excellence, and strategic insight to ensure campaign success, driving retention and revenue growth in the podcast advertising landscape.

Key job responsibilities

QA and build campaigns with accuracy

Ensure campaigns undergo QA review and scheduling at least 2 weeks before start dates

Launch campaigns on time based on start date

Own end-to-end campaign optimization and performance

Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives on campaign strategy

Update internal systems (Airtable, GAM, ART19) with clean data

Lead stakeholder communications on campaign status and performance

Implement and monitor campaign tracking and measurement

  • 1+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and common 3rd party ad servers such as DoubleClick
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce
  • Experience in publisher, ad tech or agency ad serving systems like Ad Manager 360 or FreeWheel
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in online or digital advertising
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment
