You must be located in Europe to be considered for this position and are available for occasional travel to our Munich, Germany office.
Tulip brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing. Manufacturing accounts for almost 20% of the global economy and one in every seven workers on Earth, yet remains among the least digitized.
More than a decade ago, we created the category to close that gap: AI-native software that puts cutting-edge tools directly in the hands of the people on the manufacturing front lines. Because we are human-centered and tech-obsessed, we are building a future of work where human ingenuity is amplified with the latest technology.
In January 2026 we became one of Boston's few new AI unicorns, reaching a $1.3B valuation. We're growing double digits in revenue year over year. The world's best manufacturers run on Tulip - turning inventory 10x faster, releasing gene therapies in hours instead of weeks, and training master craftspeople to forge engagement rings 5x more rapidly.
Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel, we've been consistently named a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work."
We run the way we build: AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership. We're looking for builders who are energized by complex problems, rapid cycles, and the unique opportunity to see their impact on a global scale.
About the Role
Tulip is expanding fast across international markets, and this role sits at the center of that growth. You build demand in regions where we are still establishing the brand, with real room to shape how Tulip shows up and wins. This is full ownership of the marketing plan for your region, not a slice of the funnel.
You own or co-manage one or more regions: the account programs, the field events, and the pipeline that comes from them. You are the lynchpin between your region and the commercial organization, working alongside sales, BDRs, and partners to build go-to-market motions that convert target accounts.
You continuously iterate on which programs and accounts work, optimize spend across your region, and own the plan from strategy to execution without waiting on a hand-off. You have a high ceiling, are full of ideas, analytically rigorous, and wired to see your work drive real outcomes.
You are motivated to both sell and build with AI, and here you use it to produce, test, and iterate faster than a traditional team can.
What skills do I need?
8-10+ years of experience in go-to-market, regional marketing, or partner marketing, with a record of owning outcomes rather than completing tasks.
Experience running account- and journey-based programs against a defined target account list, from campaign build to pipeline attribution.
Track record collaborating with BDRs, AEs, and partners on target accounts through structured programs: joint account planning, account prioritization, and coordinated outreach against a shared pipeline target.
Regional market fluency: adapting messaging and programs to local buying behavior, language, and market norms.
Analytical rigor: you understand pipeline math, read a campaign performance report, and tell signal from noise.
Low ego, high accountability: you would rather learn what works than be right.
Key Responsibilities
Own and carry pipeline targets for one or more regions.
Build and own the regional marketing plan and account segmentation across core and ABM channels.
Understand regional industries and target personas, then define content needs and formats and drive production and localization.
Build and run account-based programs against target accounts, coordinating campaigns and outreach with BDRs and AEs.
Run or support conferences and regional field events from planning through pipeline attribution.
Use AI to produce, test, and iterate on assets and campaigns at higher volume.
Key Collaborators
Regional Sales leadership
BDRs and Account Executives
RevOps
Digital Marketing
AI go-to-market engineer
