Job Overview
PlanetArt is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, building, executing, and analyzing email and SMS marketing campaigns for CafePress. You will work closely with designers, merchandising teams, and CafePress’ Sr.
Email Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life—while also communicating performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership. If you're a data-driven problem solver with a creative eye and a knack for attention to detail, this is a great fit.
This is a temporary fully remote, work-from-home position. Possibility to convert to Full-Time, Long Term.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Cordial and Attentive
Maintain and execute a promotional email calendar that strategically aligns CafePress products with offers, seasonality, and audience segments
Execute the build for promotional offers and promo codes, ensuring correct setup and seamless customer redemption
Review creative mock-ups and copywriting drafted by the Design team, providing approval or actionable feedback to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Build and maintain audience segments and suppression lists within Cordial for targeted messaging
Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and interpret results to inform future campaign strategy
Compile and deliver weekly campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for leadership
Manage email proofing, QA, render checks, scheduling, and final send parameters
Coordinate with design and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with product positioning and brand priorities
Perform other duties and special projects assigned as needed
What You Should Have
Required Experience
3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, including campaign execution within an ESP (Cordial experience a plus)
Strong understanding of email KPIs (open rate, CTR, CTOR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate) and e-commerce metrics (revenue, AOV, conversion rate, etc) and what stories they tell to inform campaign optimization
Required Skills
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Ability to manage and execute a promotional calendar aligned with seasonal trends, product priorities, and business goals
Campaign Analysis: Ability to interpret A/B test results and translate data into clear strategic recommendations
Email Platforms & Automation: Familiarity with ESPs (Cordial preferred) and SMS platforms (Attentive preferred) for campaign management, automation, and analytics
Audience Management: Experience with segmentation and suppression logic within an ESP to optimize campaign targeting based on the customer lifecycle
HTML & CSS: Working knowledge for light edits within existing templates; full coding ability is a bonus
Excel / Reporting: Proficient in building tables, charts, and graphs for campaign reporting
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and cross-functional partners

Full HTML/CSS email development capability
Experience using AI tools for email coding or content generation

Working Conditions
Position requires long term and fully remote work scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Pacific Time
Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
Position requires regular sitting and standing.
Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Pay Range Pay Rate: ₱60,000 to ₱67,000 per month
