Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic "builder and thinker" to lead marketing efforts for a premier group of companies specializing in industrial recycling and material processing equipment. For over 20 years, this organization has been the backbone of waste, demolition, and municipal operations across Canada.
This is not a role for someone who simply takes orders; we need a proactive leader to architect a demand generation engine, nurture high-value leads, and help define the strategic direction for two industry-leading brands.
If you are a HubSpot power user who thrives in a B2B environment and wants to see your strategies directly impact company growth, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Act as a core architect for the marketing roadmap, providing strategic insights rather than just executing tasks.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and engage the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across both the industrial equipment and manufacturing divisions.
HubSpot Ownership: Fully manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Pro to automate workflows, track attribution, and manage the lead lifecycle.
Multi-Channel Execution: Manage and enhance the digital presence across websites and social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
Sales Alignment: Utilize tools like ZoomInfo and Claude to equip the sales team with high-quality intelligence and collateral.
Campaign Management: Build and monitor integrated marketing campaigns designed to convert long-cycle B2B prospects into loyal customers.
Requirements
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to build marketing plans from the ground up and think critically about business growth.
HubSpot Expertise: Significant, hands-on experience building and managing advanced workflows within HubSpot Marketing Pro.
B2B Experience: A deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, specifically in reaching professional and industrial audiences.
Digital Proficiency: Strong competency in website management and professional social media strategy.
Timezone & Availability: Must be able to work within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Industry Context: Previous experience in capital equipment, heavy machinery, or the manufacturing sector.
Sales Cycle Knowledge: Familiarity with managing marketing efforts for long-cycle, high-value sales ($100k+).
Location: While open to various locations, candidates based in Colombia are highly preferred.
