THE OPPORTUNITY
Partner Marketing exists to fuel the growth and success of Wellhub's global partner network of gyms, studios and wellness businesses. The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing (France & Benelux) leads Partner Marketing strategy and execution for these markets, as part of Wellhub's regional EU Partner Marketing team.
This person will act as the regional Point of Contact (POC) for Partner Marketing in France and Benelux, owning the local Business-to- Partner value proposition, brand positioning, network growth and engagement and, fitness industry events, working closely with Partnerships, local and cross-functional Marketing, Wellbeing Engagement, Product Development and Revenue teams to align strategy and execution.
Reporting to the Partner Marketing Director, EU, this role combines strategic ownership of the region with hands-on execution.
This role directly impacts the growth and satisfaction of Wellhub's partner network in France and Benelux, contributing to the team's broader goals around partner network growth, partner engagement, and partner satisfaction (PSAT).
YOUR IMPACT
- Market-Specific Value Proposition: Develop and implement the local Business to Partner value proposition across all partner-facing materials and touchpoints for France and Benelux.
- Brand Awareness & Positioning: Build Wellhub's presence and credibility within the regional fitness industry through relationships with industry associations/alliances, sponsorships, events, media/publications, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Strategic Partner Growth (B2P2C): Lead go-to-market strategy for partner launches, relaunches, and dedicated campaigns and promotions to end users and clients, driving growth with existing partners.
- Strategic Partner Engagement: Build partner trust through structured engagement initiatives, including fitness industry events, partner conferences and summits.
- Network Growth Support: Support the Demand Generation team’s strategy with local market insights and develop sales enablement materials to drive growth across the partner network.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Partnerships, User Growth, Corporate communication, Content, Revenue teams local and global level to align initiatives with company-wide strategy.
- Budget Ownership: Manage the regional Partner Marketing budget for France and Benelux, allocating resources across campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives to drive results and maximize ROI.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Use performance data and partner insights to inform, prioritize and continuously optimize Partner Marketing initiatives in the region.
- AI-Driven Productivity: Autonomously identify and apply AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to raise the team's level of automation — streamlining repetitive tasks, accelerating content, reporting and campaign production, and embedding AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day ways of working. Continuously build personal AI fluency and share practices that help the broader team work smarter.

WHO YOU ARE
- Native/fluent in French and fluent in English, based in France with deep knowledge of local market and fitness industry culture.
- Working knowledge of Dutch is a plus, given the scope across Benelux markets.
- [+8] years of experience in Marketing, ideally with exposure to Partner, Channel, Product or Revenue Marketing in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Proven ability to build value propositions, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies, and to execute them independently as a regional lead.
- Comfortable managing institutional relationships with industry KOLs, associations and strategic partners.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to marketing decisions, comfortable with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
