Junior Media Buyer / Creative Assistant

Based in or near Punta del Este / Maldonado, Uruguay

Able to work in person a couple of days per week

Strong written and spoken English

Some hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

Able to work quickly and take feedback

Bonus: video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

Bonus: experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, Seedream, or similar

Bonus: experience with e-commerce, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or paid media

Bonus: experience creating short-form video ads

Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup

Monitor campaign performance and flag issues

Pull reports and organize performance data

Help review ads, landing pages, and creative angles

Assist with creative production and ad variations

Organize creative assets and campaign notes

Use AI tools to help generate ad concepts, scripts, images, and video ideas

Shadow the senior media buyer and learn performance marketing workflows

Experience creating short-form video ads

Hands-on familiarity with creative production workflows (hooks, angles, variations)

Experience using AI for ad ideation and scripting (and turning concepts into usable drafts)

Background in e-commerce, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or paid media

Video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools

Comfort collaborating in a feedback loop and quickly implementing changes

This is a hands-on role where we help you grow quickly in performance marketing and learn directly from an experienced senior media buyer. You will shadow and assist in person a couple of days per week while you build practical skills launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta and Google campaigns.
