Overview
Digiday Media is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Partner Programs to lead the marketing and fulfillment of sponsored programs across four premium media brands.
Who you are
You have about a year of experience in media and/or growth marketing and are eager to take on more responsibility. You’re a pro and extremely reliable when it comes to managing projects and ensuring they’re executed on time and at a high level.
You’re analytical and when it comes to solving problems, you’re able to use data to identify trends and challenges and turn those into action items. You’re results-oriented and are extremely ambitious and motivated when it comes to delivering on those results.
Most of all, you’re able to work extremely effectively across teams to be able to deliver results for our partners.
Responsibilities
Oversee the fulfillment and marketing for partner programs, including webinars, white papers, reports, surveys, guides and more. You’ll be responsible for developing promotional plans for each of these programs and executing them at an extremely high level.
Coordinate the distribution and promotion for each program. You’ll manage a content calendar and be responsible for using various channels across the company to promote each of these assets.
Report on the progress and success of each campaign. From a fulfillment standpoint, you’ll keep key stakeholders informed of the progress of each campaign and make recommendations to improve performance. From a promotion standpoint, you’ll track the success of the tactics being used and make recommendations in order to optimize those tactics going forward.
Work closely with client service and custom content teams to coordinate the logistics of campaign launches.
Work with the sales team on feasibility for RFPs and other programs being pitched. You’ll work closely with vp, marketing & growth to ensure all programs are sold in a way that puts Digiday Media and our partners in position to be successful.
Requirements
About one year of experience (internships count)
Media, marketing or communications background preferred. Ideally, a mix of the three.
A proven ability to manage a number of projects at once. You’re extremely organized and can juggle multiple campaigns in your sleep.
Experience with direct response channels. Ideally, working with email marketing, display advertising, social platforms and/or other native publishing placements.
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves”. You’re happy to get your hands dirty and get s**t done.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, occasionally ambiguous environment
Meticulous attention to detail. Nothing gets by you.
Generally fluent in marketing technology
