Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination

Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns and activations across online, offline, retail, and experiential channels

Coordinate timelines, approvals, and delivery of campaign assets

Assist with maintaining franchise calendars and campaign trackers

Support the adaptation of global assets for APAC markets

Support and attend brand activations, and public events across multiple markets, including occasional weekend work

Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal global and regional stakeholders

Proactively suggest marketing ideas and opportunities to help grow WildBrain’s brands, integrating licensee products where appropriate

Coordinate approvals with global brand teams, franchise teams, regional marketing leads, social teams, and external partners

Support the development and execution of social-first and digital-led campaigns, working closely with internal and external teams

Brand, Social & Retail Support

Assist with social media scheduling, reporting, and content coordination

Lead licensee social post approvals and KOL/influencer social content approvals

Support retailer and licensee presentations and promotional materials

Main contact for regional social channel agencies, managing paid activity, translations, content calendars and regional content coordination

Coordinate marketing assets with agencies, licensors, and internal teams\

Campaign & Reporting Support

Track campaign activity and support reporting processes

Assist with post-campaign summaries and case studies

Maintain marketing documents, approvals, and file management

Administrative Support

Assist with invoice processing and budget tracking

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in marketing, entertainment, retail, or agency environments

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Japanese and Taiwanese Mandarin

Able to communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders; including the ability to draft correspondence, presentations, and reports in Taiwanese Mandarin, Japanese and English.

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools

Knowledge of the digital landscape, latest trends & experience with social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok platforms is needed

Occasional travel may be required

Comfortable working across multiple time zones with global and regional teams

Highly organized and proactive

Collaborative and team-oriented

Passion for entertainment, character IP, pop culture, and social marketing

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
