About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and scale a content-driven B2B demand generation engine, with a strong focus on LinkedIn growth, founder-led content, audience engagement, and organic pipeline generation .
This is not a cold outreach or traditional social media management role.
Your job is to turn
Content → Engagement → Conversations → Qualified Pipeline
You’ll work closely with the founder, who owns sales calls and closing, while you generate attention, build relationships with the right B2B audience, nurture inbound interest, and create a predictable flow of qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate has personally used LinkedIn and organic content to generate B2B leads and understands that successful inbound marketing is measured by pipeline and revenue opportunities — not simply impressions, followers, or likes.
What You’ll Own
LinkedIn Content & Organic Lead Generation
Own the creation and execution of high-performing LinkedIn content, including:
Thought-leadership posts
Founder-led content
Carousels
Educational content
Strong hooks and opening lines
Conversion-focused posts
Authority-building content
You’ll
Identify topics and angles that resonate with high-intent B2B prospects.
Translate founder expertise and business insights into compelling content.
Build and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
Test hooks, formats, topics, and messaging.
Analyze which content attracts the right prospects.
Optimize content based on engagement quality and pipeline contribution.
Content-to-Pipeline Conversion

You’ll
Identify high-potential prospects engaging with content.
Start natural, relationship-driven conversations.

Qualify relevant opportunities.
Move qualified prospects toward conversations with the founder.
Maintain consistent follow-up without damaging trust.
Audience Engagement & Relationship Building
Engage consistently with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
Build relationships with target prospects before they enter a formal sales process.
Respond thoughtfully to comments and inbound messages.
Participate in relevant LinkedIn conversations.
Nurture prospects through value-driven interactions.
Re-engage warm opportunities when appropriate.
Build an audience that aligns with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile rather than chasing vanity follower growth.
Inbound Funnel Development
Build and optimize simple, scalable inbound funnels such as
Content → Engagement → Conversation → Qualified Call
You’ll create and improve

Simple inbound lead capture systems
Continuously identify where prospects drop off and improve conversion between stages.
Founder-Led Content Strategy
Work directly with the founder to
Capture ideas, expertise, opinions, and market insights.
Turn founder knowledge into compelling LinkedIn content.
Maintain an authentic and consistent voice.
Develop recurring content themes and formats.
Identify topics generating meaningful prospect conversations.
Connect content strategy directly to business objectives.
You should be comfortable transforming rough ideas, conversations, notes, or voice recordings into polished thought-leadership content.
Messaging & Copywriting
Develop clear B2B messaging across
LinkedIn posts
Carousels
Lead magnets
Direct messages
Follow-ups
Nurture content
Calls-to-action
You’ll continuously improve messaging based on real prospect responses, objections, questions, and buying signals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track performance beyond surface-level social metrics.

Use performance data to determine what to create more of, what to stop doing, and where the inbound funnel needs improvement.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Track qualified inbound opportunities inside the CRM.
Maintain accurate lead stages and conversation notes.
Ensure warm opportunities receive timely follow-up.
Provide the founder with visibility into inbound pipeline activity.
Identify high-intent prospects requiring immediate attention.
Maintain clear attribution between content activity and pipeline generation.
