We are searching for a highly creative and data-driven Remote Marketing Manager to lead and execute our entire marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role for a professional who can manage a wide variety of marketing channels, from social media to email campaigns, with the goal of driving brand awareness, engagement, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success.

Requirements

Full-Cycle Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive growth, and manage our customer rewards program.

Content & Brand Management: Create and manage a robust content calendar, producing engaging content like informative videos and blog posts. Manage our brand's online reputation and voice.

Social Media & Community: Oversee all social media platforms, including monitoring and responding to messages on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor the performance of all SMS and email marketing campaigns.

Advertising & SEO: Manage advertising strategies, from paid campaigns to optimizing our website for SEO and overall growth.

Collaboration & Partnerships: Secure collaborations and manage relationships with other brands and influencers to expand our reach.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a full-cycle marketing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful strategies and campaign results.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Expertise in social media management, content creation, advertising, SEO, and email/SMS campaigns.

Tech-savvy and proficient with modern marketing tools, including a readiness to use and leverage AI to find efficiencies.

Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have a reliable computer for work, a high-quality microphone for clear communication, a video camera or smartphone for video content, and a strong, stable internet connection.

Willingness to work on a USA business schedule (night shifts in India).
