We are an IT agency developing digital solutions for the travel industry. We are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist who can build a structured email communication system and improve the performance of our campaigns.
Responsibilities
Create email sequences for leads (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement).
Develop and send regular company email campaigns.
Set up automations and integrations via Zapier.
Work with Mailchimp: segmentation, templates, triggers, campaigns.
Monitor analytics: open rates, CTR, conversions, A/B tests.
Optimize email communication workflows for the travel audience.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in email marketing.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Strong English skills (all communication and content in English).
Proficiency in Mailchimp and setting up automations.
Ability to create clear and engaging email sequences.
Experience with Zapier integrations.
Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics.
