You will provide management and technical direction for all phases of IT/IM system's implementation.

You will assign work based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignment and the capabilities of the employee.

You will analyze business process requirements, user requirements, system documentation, and operational conditions to determine if the IT/IM system meets business and mission needs and is operating as intended.

You will provide input for the definition and documentation of policy and process guidelines.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to develop the knowledge and skills of others by providing technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, constructive feedback, and knowledge transfer to improve individual and team performance.

Establish and maintain productive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to accomplish organizational objectives, collaborate on IT initiatives, and resolve technical issues effectively.

Identify, analyze, and resolve complex information technology problems by evaluating available information, developing practical solutions, making sound recommendations, and implementing corrective actions with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles, policies, standards, and best practices sufficient to identify security risks, implement appropriate safeguards, support compliance requirements, and protect information systems, networks, and organizational data.

Analyze business and technical requirements, evaluate information technology systems and processes, identify system improvements, and recommend or implement solutions that support organizational mission and operational needs.

Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and application issues; communicating technical information effectively to users; and ensuring timely, high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
