Serve as Deputy Division Director in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Division of Identity Management Enterprise Systems (DIMES) to manage all phases of division operations.
Direct a large, multi-functional team of IT professionals responsible for the development, modernization, and maintenance of Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) products and tools.
Oversee enterprise ICAM architecture and technical strategy, including cloud-based services, technical standards, and IT modernization projects in an agile/CI-CD environment.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships across OIT, CMS, and industry partners, ensuring project and program objectives are met.

Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately; AND 4.
Problem Solving - identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
AND In order to qualify for the GS-14 , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1.
Design, develop, or manage enterprise-level Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems/solutions, including experience with platforms such as Enterprise Identity Management (IDM), Enterprise User Administration (EUA), cloud-based services, or Credential Service Providers; 2.
Lead or coordinate cross-functional teams of IT professionals to achieve project or program objectives, including internal and external stakeholders. AND 3.
Contribute to IT modernization projects in a SAFe agile/ Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI-CD) environment, including overseeing system design, development, testing, or implementation.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Time-in-Grade: To be eligible, current Federal employees must have served at least 52 weeks (one year) at the next lower grade level from the position/grade level(s) to which they are applying.
