For our location in Laufen/BL we are looking for a

IT Infrastructure Specialist Servers and IT Support (m/f/d)

In the area of IT Infrastructure and Server

* Server maintenance, servicing and configuration (physical and virtual)

* Support for EMEA North countries in the area of VCENTER, VMware, Storage etc.

* Server monitoring and troubleshooting

* Support of Veeam Backup solution (local and regional support)

* Participation in local, regional and global projects (coordination with internal and external service providers)

* Creation of documentation and communications

In the area of IT Infrastructure Support

* IT support remote as well as on-site (CH + EMEA North branch offices without local IT)

* Authorization management GID, AD, Microsoft 365

* PC replacement / reinstallation / relocation including cabling and documentation

* Introduction / training of employees

* Management of hardware inventory

* Support in the production area

* Configuration of terminals / tablets / scanners and troubleshooting in local productions and warehouses

* On-call duty (standby)

* Participation in the security area

What we wish from you professionally

* Ideally, you have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and gained professional experience in a similar area of responsibility

* Very good language skills in German and English, French / Spanish skills are an advantage

* Furthermore, you are a team player with a high customer orientation, work independently and are resilient
