The Instructional Designer – LMS & Digital Learning is responsible for the design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of digital learning solutions within Adobe Learning Manager.
This role serves as the Training Team’s primary content development resource, creating engaging, interactive learning experiences that support operational performance, compliance requirements, and employee development.
Working closely with the Training Manager, Field Trainers, and Subject Matter Experts, the Learning Experience Designer transforms operational processes, policies, and business initiatives into high-quality digital learning content, including eLearning modules, microlearning assets, assessments, videos, simulations, and learning pathways.
This position plays a key role in expanding the organization’s digital learning capabilities by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-assisted content development, interactive video learning, mobile-first learning experiences, and future immersive learning solutions.
