About the Role
We are seeking a Training Content Development and Facilitation Specialist to lead the development of new content, maintain and update existing content, and facilitate new hire and ongoing training for remote clinical operations teams in a fast-growing telehealth environment.
This role develops ILT and CBT virtual training, facilitates virtual training, builds learner confidence in systems and workflows, reinforces performance standards, and leverages adult learning principles and standardized measurement to ensure training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new learning content (both ILT and CBT)
Maintain and update existing learning content
Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskill training in a fully remote environment
Train employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal tools
Conduct role plays, simulations, and hands-on learning activities
Reinforce workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through coaching
Support onboarding coordination and training administration
Partner with operations leaders and SMEs to align training with business needs
Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement
Required
3+ years of training development experience
3+ years of virtual facilitation experience
Experience working with an AI-enabled LMS and other supporting technologies such as Zoom, Teams etc.
Demonstrated ability to train on policies, systems, workflows, and job-specific processes
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
Excellent writing, communication, and engagement skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
5+ years of training development experience
5+ years of facilitation experience with at least 3 years facilitating in a virtual environment
Familiarity with AI assisted authoring tools
Advanced writing and communication skills
Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or telehealth
Experience coaching in a regulated, performance-driven environment
Familiarity with HIPAA, FWA, and other compliance laws
Experience supporting high growth / multi-state teams
Computer
Windows or Apple (macOS) Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones)
Hardware
Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Equivalent (Windows); Apple Silicon (Macs)
RAM: 16 GB
Headphones: Wired headphones required for optimal audio quality. (NO built-in mics)
Internet Speed: Meet minimum internet speed requirements (100 MBPS download speed and 50 MBPS upload speed). Must have an ethernet cable connecting computer directly into router.
Browser and System: Use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces (regardless of computer type).
Webcam: A webcam is required for video calls. Most laptops have a built-in webcam, which is acceptable. If your computer does not have a webcam, you will need to use an external webcam.
Recommended Equipment: A second monitor is highly suggested for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.
