Production Engineer

**Betriebsingenieur Aseptic Process/ Bulk (befristet auf 18 Monate)**

Als **Betriebsingenieur** sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung von Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von lebensrettenden Medikamenten im Herzen der Stadt Bern. Sie koordinieren die Instandhaltung von hoch automatisierten Anlagen aus den aseptischen Bereichen Bulkanlagen, Sterilfiltration, Abfüllung und Pasteurisation.

Sie verbessern kontinuierlich die Stabilität der Prozesse und unterstützen bei der Lösung von technischen Problemen. Darüber hinaus leiten und begleiten Sie Projekte im Bereich Unterhalt Ihrer Anlagen. Sie genießen attraktive Arbeitsbedingungen und profitieren von einem flexiblen Arbeitsumfeld.

**Hauptaufgaben dieser Position sind:**

* Koordination, Planung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsstillständen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und Lieferanten

* Implementierung von Optimierungen an Produktionsanlagen im GMP-Umfeld (Änderungsmanagement, Qualifizierungsaktivitäten)

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Arbeits- und Prozesssicherheit an Produktionsanlagen

* Koordination von Produktion, Technik und Lieferanten bei der Instandsetzung von Anlagen mit Fehlfunktionen

* Projektmanagement im Bereich Unterhalt im GMP-Umfeld für Kleinprojekte

* Beratende Funktion für Investitionsprojekte als Experte für Instandhaltung

**Anforderungen an diese Position:**

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automation oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung einer Fachhochschule (TS, FH, oder höher)

* Erfahrung in ähnlichen Funktionen aus den Bereichen Pharmazie, Biotech, Lebensmittel, Maschinenbau Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie

* Kenntnisse in Instandhaltung und Design von Anlagen aus dem Bereich Buklherstellung, aseptische Prozesse (Filtration, Sterilisation, Pasteurisation, Abfüllung, Lyophilisation, Reinraum-, Isolatortechnik)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden unterschiedlicher Stufen

* Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz

* Beherrschen der deutschen Sprache
