Able to improve manufacturing productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, manpower utilization, and cost competitiveness by applying Industrial Engineering principles, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Required Competencies

Industrial Engineering and work measurement

Capacity calculation and production planning

Time study and cycle-time analysis

Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma

Problem Solving mindset.

Data analysis and problem solving

Excel,Power BI and analytical tools

Process optimization and line balancing.

Communication and stakeholder management

Continuous improvement mindset

B.Tech./B.E. in Industrial Engineering.

Good knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing.

Training or certification in Industrial Engineering, Work Measurement, Time Study, VSM, Kaizen, and Ergonomics.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and ERP/SAP systems.

Sound knowledge of OEE, capacity planning, line balancing, manpower planning, and productivity improvement.

03–05 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry.

Experience in tire industries will be preferred. Experience in automotive, or other process/manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
