We are seeking an experienced and hands\-on HR Manager to join our team on a 7\-month temporary assignment. Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will provide operational and strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees to deliver a high\-quality HR service.

Missions

Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and employees across the organization.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Lead and support recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

Manage employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and Swiss labor regulations.

Support organizational changes, restructurings, and workforce planning initiatives as required.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Please note that payroll management is not part of this role.

Profil du candidat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.

Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices.

Proven experience in recruitment and business partnering.

Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.

Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
