Our client is seeking an experienced **Senior HR Manager** to lead its local Human Resources function. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will oversee a small HR team and act as a trusted partner to business leaders across the organization.

Our client is a well\-established financial company based in Geneva.

**Missions**

This role offers a broad HR mandate encompassing business partnering, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and regulatory compliance within a demanding and highly professional banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team, ensuring the delivery of high\-quality HR services across the organization.

* Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management on all people\-related matters.

* Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

* Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, HR policies, and employment legislation.

* Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benchmarking activities.

* Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and banking sector regulations.

* Manage HR reporting, people analytics, and key HR metrics to support decision\-making.

* Contribute to a positive organizational culture and employee engagement agenda.

* Lead or participate in HR transformation and process improvement projects where appropriate.

**Profil du candidat**

* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

* HR certification (Brevet Fédéral RH, MAS, or equivalent) is an advantage.

* Minimum 8\-10 years' progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities.

* Prior experience within a **private bank, wealth management institution, asset manager, or broader financial services environment** is a strong asset.

* Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands\-on within a lean HR structure.

* Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.

* Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and advising senior stakeholders.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

* Fluent in both **French and English**; additional languages are considered an advantage.
