## Job Description ##

* Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

* Manage the full employee life cycle, including

* Onboarding and integration

* Contract administration and amendments

* Internal mobility

* Employee development

* Offboarding processes

* Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and **Swiss labor and social law**.

* Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.

* Participate in local and international HR projects.

* Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and global HR teams.

* Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

* Proven experience in a **HR Generalist** role.

* Strong knowledge of the **Swiss labor and social law framework**.

* Experience managing the full employee life cycle.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced international environment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* High level of discretion and professionalism.
