Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. Antenna's standardized metrics, competitive benchmarks, syndicated insights, and market intelligence are trusted by some of the most recognized and respected brands across media and entertainment sectors.
Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.
At Antenna, we're building the standard for how the entertainment industry understands its subscribers - and none of that happens without a team that runs well.
We're looking for a People Ops Coordinator who will own that foundation: someone who sees a scattered process and wants to build the system that fixes it, who treats a new hire's first week as seriously as their onboarding metrics, and who takes pride in being the person people can count on.
The role extends beyond People Ops, too; you'll provide coordination support to our co-founders and help keep priorities moving across the company more broadly. This is a chance to shape how People Ops and company operations work at an early-stage company.
You will report to the VP, Ops. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). You will report to the VP, Finance.
What You’ll Do
Own the People Operations side of the employee lifecycle - onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, and employee records - serving as an approachable first point of contact for routine questions and escalating anything sensitive to VP, Ops
Support performance management, employee engagement, and internal culture programs, including feedback cycles, goal-setting, recognition, and team-building initiatives
Coordinate recruiting and hiring support end-to-end: job descriptions, interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting documentation, and a smooth handoff from candidate to new hire
Support our co-founders and other cross-functional administrative projects from request through completion
Build processes that simplify, automate, or improve People and operations workflows as Antenna scales
Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related administrative role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels
High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for detailed instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities and responsibilities may evolve
Strong follow-through and a bias toward action — you enjoy getting things done and making processes work better
Familiarity with HR, project management, collaboration, or other business operations tools
Antenna Benefits
Work from anywhere during US business hours
Competitive compensation, including participation in Antenna equity program
Mentorship from experienced executives
Opportunity to grow and impact a rapidly growing start up
Travel to In-person team off-sites (visa-permitting)
