THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-12, is to serve as the supervisor over the Force Development, Commander's Support Staff, Sustainment Services Flight, Military Personnel Flight, Human Resources Remote, and Airman and Family Programs within the Force Support Squadron.
May serve as the full-time representative of the Commander. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.
SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level experience in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; Experience with federal civilian or military personnel programs.
