As a Commercial Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial aspects relating to IKEA Retail Food including the optimization of the relevant retail spaces, the development of commercial initiatives and the increasing of food competence in the store. • You have experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business and managing a team, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
• You work creatively within strong frameworks, maintain exceptional leadership behavior also in challenging situations and deliver solid results through people.
• You are practiced at creating long-term action plans, managing budgets and reaching commercial targets through effective marketing and sales actions.
• You have a passion for food and the drive to use your exceptional strategic and tactical abilities to further develop our business in this area.
• You bring the customer into the centric at any time
• You communicate fluently in German and in English, both verbally and written.

**Your responsibilities**

• Leading the implementation of the IKEA Food communication strategy within the store.
• Driving excellence in operations in the customer and co-worker restaurants and optimizing their commercial performance in close collaboration with the Kitchen Production Manager.
• Leading and developing a diverse, high-performing team and empowering them to act on their own initiative
• Ensuring that the customer restaurant is in fantastic shape, the food displays look appealing, and commercial store planning solutions are implemented.
• Using relevant communication to strengthen low price, quality and sustainability to secure low price with a meaning.
• Contributing to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
