You will serve as the Comptroller for the Center for Warfare Information Training (CIWT).
You will serve as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, financial management policy and procedures within the Command.
You will conduct reviews and comparative analysis of program execution to document performance for use in formulating budgets and answering internal/external inquiries and/or data calls.
You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
You will conduct internal audits to ensure Command is operating within FIAR requirements.
You will serve as the Customer Service Representative (CSR) for all civilian payroll related matters.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing program execution reviews and analysis for major operating programs; 2) Leading the formulation and execution of multi-year budgets for a large organization; 3) Providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution to senior managers ensuring the integrity and compliance of managerial accounting and/or reporting; 4) Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and audit readiness; and5) Leading complex reconciliations of accounting records, including payroll and unmatched disbursements.
