Serve as a budget analyst in the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), a Major Subordinate Command (MSC) of Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER).
Execute a subset of a $1.5 billion global budget across 6 subordinate units located worldwide to sustain Netcom operations.
Utilize cost-effective analysis to negotiate changes with program managers.
Monitor financial systems to eliminate erroneous postings.
Create monthly report to analyze variations between command spend plans and actual expenditures.

Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: 1. Analyzing General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) to oversee fund execution; 2. Refining financial reports to facilitate early risk identification; 3.
Developing spending plans to ensure accurate fund distribution; and 4. Implementing cost control measures that improve annual budget tracking accuracy.
