You will be responsible for financial management and coordination activities required for integration of the SSP Strategic Weapons System (SWS) into the Common Missile Compartment (CMC) for U.S. and UK programs.
You will be the financial lead for the UK Dreadnought program under the Polaris Sales Agreement of 1963, coordinating all aspects of budget planning, cash flow submissions, and execution.
You will prepare and present budget briefings, exhibits and documentation for an MDAP/ACAT1D program for all levels of Department of Navy leadership.
You will provide continuous oversight of all U.S. and UK CMC funds execution, from issuance to contract/document close-out, to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, while maintaining audit readiness.
You will provide strategic input to the other Ship Integration Branches and Section Heads in the planning, integration, and analysis of Budget Reviews and in the execution of SWS programmatic activities for system development.
You will analyze trade-off issues with regard to technical performance, costs, and schedule and make recommendations to adjust available resources to provide support commensurate with schedules and priorities of efforts.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing Department of Defense (DoD) budget policies, the Polaris Sales Agreement of 1963, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial data to monitor and evaluate funds execution, identify financial risks, and provide recommendations that supported strategic resource allocation and mission requirements for strategic weapon systems. .
