You will perform comprehensive financial management analysis to support all phases of budget formulation, justification, and execution for organizational programs.

You will develop complex budget estimates and financial plans, ensuring strict compliance with Department of War (DoW) and Department of the Navy (DON) guidance.

You will conduct complex financial studies, including cost-benefit analyses, to advise management on resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.

You will apply accounting and internal control principles across multiple financial systems to ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

You will reconcile financial system data, validate transactions, and recommend corrective actions to resolve control deficiencies and mitigate audit risk.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Providing analytical and financial support during the financial cycle for command headquarters requirements, including managing specialized accounts like Official Representation Funds (ORF); 2) Reviewing, developing, and submitting budget estimates, midyear reviews, and fiscal year actuals in accordance with published financial budget guidance; 3) Reviewing financial execution, monitoring and conducting analysis of issues impacting headquarters requirements, and developing proposed courses of action for leadership; 4) Serving as a primary point of contact for funding documents associated with mission requirements and assisting in the creation and distribution of monthly obligation and quarterly cash plans; 5) Serving as a primary financial point of contact and customer service representative for time and attendance systems, such as the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA), and managing enterprise system role requests.
