We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. What You'll Lead And Build

Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Maintain organized filing systems and digital records.

Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and communications.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice-to-have

Experience working in a remote or international environment.

Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools.

Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
