We are seeking an experienced, full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to serve as an Executive Assistant, taking over the day-to-day administrative and executive support tasks for the principal. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-managing, and comfortable handling critical real estate documentation and communication. Responsibilities
Administrative and Executive Support: Perform general day-to-day administrative and executive assistant duties.
Real Estate Documentation
Draft and submit Letters of Intent (LOIs) using existing company formats.
Manage and process documents via DocuSign.
Property Management Support
Coordinate with utility companies, including transferring services for newly acquired properties.
Handle posting management tasks.
Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for various administrative operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate industry or a similar BPO environment.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes (e.g., LOIs, MLS listings) is highly valued.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in document management platforms like DocuSign.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek.
Flexible to work in the US timezone, Monday to Friday.
Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
Possession of a laptop or desktop meeting the minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and i5 operating system.
Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
