About the role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be at the center of EBANX’s business and leadership agenda, helping turn priorities into execution and making the CEO’s time and attention as effective as possible.
Beyond executive support, you will connect people, priorities, and projects across the organization, bringing structure, follow-through, and visibility to key initiatives. You will also lead and coordinate the Executive Assistant team.
What you'll do
Manage the CEO’s complex agenda, travel, meetings, events, and executive routines.
Understand business priorities and help translate them into an effective leadership cadence.
Coordinate key projects and strategic initiatives, connecting stakeholders and tracking progress, decisions, and next steps.
Prepare and orchestrate leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, and board-related routines.
Anticipate bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks, proactively driving resolution.
Build strong relationships across the business and act as a connector between the CEO and key stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate the Executive Assistant team, creating high standards and effective ways of working.
Use technology, AI, and automation to simplify routines and improve executive effectiveness.f working, increasing efficiency and scalability.

Experience supporting senior executives, managing projects, operations, events, or other high-performance environments is welcome.
Experience leading or coordinating teams is a must
Language Requirements
Fluent English (required) — able to communicate confidently with global stakeholders in meetings, presentations, and written communications.
Portuguese required.
Spanish is a plus.
