Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry.

Provide customer support by handling inquiries through chat, email, or phone.

Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.

Conduct research on various topics to support business development and marketing initiatives.

Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed.

Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
