Red high heels and fishnet tights ties and tailored suits - at the junction between the lively Langstrasse and the ultra-modern Europaallee, worlds meet. Business talks take place during the day, neon signs flicker in the evening. The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is centrally located near the main station and just a short bike ride from the lake.

Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, a bar - versatile opportunities to host parties and events in-house. Our atmosphere is multicultural, our philosophy unconventional. We are a young team and love our informal culture mixed with good manners.

Job Description

What does your working day look like -

* You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team from early till late

* You coordinate the events with all internal departments and ensure everyone has all the information

* You take on the translation of menus and various event and sales documents (D/E)

* You are responsible for all group enquiries from 8 rooms upwards

* You prepare offers, contracts and invoices

* You create forecasts, reports and sales analyses

* You participate in internal meetings

* You are the contact person for the team in the manager-s absence

* You prepare training and duty rosters

* You actively maintain customer relationships and support sales activities

* You ensure compliance with hotel standards and quality assurance in the event area

* You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists and prepare everything for the perfect check-in and stay

* You conduct customer discussions on site and complement these with telephone coordination.

* You organise house tours for event & corporate clients

* You prepare the shift and ensure everything is tidied up afterwards

* You keep an overview even when every room in the house is sold simultaneously and all lines are buzzing

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV -

* You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host

* You are an open and communicative person who is not afraid to assert yourself

* You enjoy working with people and inspiring them

* You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like discovering new concepts

* You bring not only your skills but also your character

* You speak fluent German and English
