Funds can be disbursed to accounts, wallets, and cards and collected locally in 40 markets. Nium's growing card issuance business is already available in 34 countries. Nium holds regulatory licenses and authorizations in more than 40 countries, enabling seamless onboarding, rapid integration, and compliance – independent of geography.
The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage global audits and reporting and compliance timelines for various entities.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for licenses and other regulatory filings.
Prepare quarterly board slides for various entities with fluctuation analysis
Assist in monthly close activities and review of various entities.
Research technical accounting standards and make recommendations.
Support the implementation of new financial systems and process improvements using AI.
Support transfer pricing and intercompany analysis.
Assist in various investor and board deliverables.
Participate in ad hoc finance tasks and assist with ongoing finance projects as needed.
Requirements
Background in Accounting, CPA, or Public Accounting.
Mix of public accounting and in-house experience at a technology company preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
Working with international teams a plus.
Hybrid 3 days per week in Mumbai office.
A cooperative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Well-organised with effective project-management skills, able to follow instructions and ensure timely delivery to meet deadlines.
