Dein Tätigkeitsfeld
* Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Mitgliederanfragen (schriftlich und telefonisch).
* Persönliche Beratung zur gesamten Produktpalette der Organisation.
* Unterstützung des 1st Levels und interner Partner (Vertrieb, Sektionen) bei komplexen Anliegen.
* Beratung zu Elektromobilität, inkl. Support zur App.
* Sicherstellung des Supports für digitale Applikationen (Apps, Website-Login).
* Betreuung von Firmenkunden (Strassenhilfe & Verkehrsrechtsschutz).
Qualifikationen
* Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich.
* Muttersprache Deutsch und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2 zwingend).
* Hohe IT-Affinität und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im technischen Support.
* Begeisterung für Mobilitätsthemen, insbesondere Elektromobilität, Beratung und Verkauf.
* Belastbar, flexibel, lösungsorientiert und ausgeprägter Teamgeist.
* VBV Weiterbildung von Vorteil.
