What You'll Do As a Contact Center Representative, you'll play a key role in scheduling new patients for our affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers, handling inbound calls and following up with warm leads to educate them on treatment options.

Answer inbound calls from prospective new patients and assess their needs

Answer general questions regarding treatment options

Make outbound calls to incoming leads to educate them about possible treatments

Register and schedule new patients; send appropriate materials prior to appointments

Reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments as needed

Provide excellent, timely customer service

Maintain operations by following established policies and procedures

Help track the effectiveness of new marketing initiatives

Contribute creative ideas to optimize marketing strategies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year of customer interaction or customer support experience (phone or face-to-face) strongly preferred

Previous healthcare facility and contact center experience preferred

Skills for Success

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Service-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Comfortable learning new software and computer systems

Understanding of patient confidentiality requirements

Familiarity with medical terminology and office ethics

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
