About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our services, all in both English and Spanish. If you're a clear communicator, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Support and Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer issues and handle complaints in accordance with company policies while maintaining high satisfaction
Records and Administration
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve the overall customer experience
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Full professional fluency in both English (C1-C2) and Spanish, written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Good to Haves
Experience working in a driving school, transportation, or education-related company
Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions
