Formación curricular: Secundaria completa o bachillerato tecnológico (UTU) completo
Formación relacionada con las tareas a realizar: Manejo de herramientas informáticas a nivel usuario (Word y Excel) y Cursos vinculados a la atención de clientes.
Experiencia laboral excluyente: Experiencia laboral en tareas similares de al menos un año (el período puede ser fraccionado, debe cumplir con 12 meses en total). Se consideran tareas similares la atención al cliente en forma presencial, telefónica o remota. Esta experiencia es comprobable mediante carta laboral realizada por la empresa o encargado.
