## Job Description ##

* Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and procedures.

* Review purchase requisitions and ensure completeness and compliance with procurement requirements.

* Support sourcing activities and supplier selection processes.

* Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procedures.

* Assist with the administration and follow-up of supplier contracts.

* Conduct market research and gather information to support procurement decisions.

* Prepare and manage procurement documentation within the eSourcing platform.

* Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout procurement processes.

* Support vendor performance follow-up and contract-related administrative activities.

* Contribute to the smooth execution of procurement operations and related reporting activities.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement support, procurement operations, purchasing administration, or procurement coordination.

* Experience supporting indirect procurement activities within a structured environment.

* Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement documentation.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Good command of French is considered an asset.

* Experience using ERP systems and eSourcing tools.

* Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
