Overview DecisionPoint seeks an Administrative / MTAR Support Specialist to provide administrative coordination, MTAR data entry, workflow tracking, and meeting support for a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment.

This role supports PMO operations, maintains documentation accuracy, manages calendars and meeting logistics, and assists with tracking task order workflows and deliverables.

The Administrative / MTAR Support Specialist works closely with PMO leadership, schedulers, task leads, and governance teams to ensure smooth operational execution and consistent program reporting. This position is fully remote.

Duties & Responsibilities The Administrative / MTAR Support Specialist will: Provide administrative support to PMO leadership and task leads. Perform MTAR data entry, updates, and workflow monitoring. Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and prepare agendas and notes. Track deliverables, approvals, and status updates across program tasks.

Maintain documentation repositories, logs, and tracking sheets. Support preparation of reports, governance packages, and PMO correspondence. Assist with version control and document organization. Help monitor inboxes, task routing, and workflow queues. Coordinate logistics for reviews, workshops, or recurring PMO meetings.

Support continuous updates to administrative processes, SOPs, and templates. Qualifications Clearance Requirement Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher .

Education (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. Experience (Required) Minimum 2 years of experience providing administrative, PMO, or project support. Experience supporting documentation management, workflow tracking, or meeting coordination.

Experience working in structured federal or DoD environments preferred. Technical Knowledge (Required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with document repositories and collaboration platforms. Understanding of administrative workflows, tracking tools, or PMO processes.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred) Experience with MTAR workflows or structured deliverable tracking. Experience supporting Agile or hybrid program environments. Certifications Preferred: ITIL v4 Foundation Project coordination or administrative professional certifications Skills Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail with consistent follow-through. Ability to support multiple teams and track many parallel workflows. Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with remote teams. Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
